Former Attorney General, Dominic Ayine has disclosed how his dreams of becoming a catholic priest were curtailed after impregnating his girlfriend at 20-years.
Speaking on Joy News he noted that at the age of 20 and a few months before he got to enter the seminary, his girlfriend informed him that she was pregnant for him.[irp]
“I actually wanted to become a catholic priest and that was the only thing I wanted but before I could complete Lower Six, my girlfriend gave birth to my first son. I experimented and the whole experiment went wrong and he was born. I told myself that if being a priest is actually a calling, then this is a sign from God that I should not become one. So that was how my priestly ambitions ended…I was left with no option but to become a lawyer,” the Bolgatanga East MP said.
He noted that he finally opted for law school after his failed priesthood ambition.

Media personality, Afia Schwarzenegger born Valentina Osei Agyeiwaa has disclosed that the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) has embarrassed her and others particularly celebrities who campaigned for them.
Speaking on UTV’s United Showbiz, Afia Schwarzenegger disclosed she campaigned for the NPP because of the Free SHS initiative.
She added that the NPP out of desperation for power claimed that there was money in the country and that the former government, the NDC mismanaged the economy, so she cannot fathom why the NPP government have gone to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for support to help Ghana build back in the face of challenges currently confronting the economy.
Afia Schwarzenegger was quick to add that she is embarrassed by the NPP’s decision to go to the IMF for financial support as some policies in Ghana like the SHS may be affected.

Ghanaian Comedienne and media personality, Afia Schwarzenegger has insisted that she had an amorous relationship with Ashanti Regional NPP Chairman, Bernard Antwi Boasiako aka Chairman Wontumi.
Recall that during Afia Schwarzenegger’s beef with Delay, the comedienne revealed that the presenter’s employer, Chairman Wontumi, was in an amorous relationship with her and claimed that he flatulates during the escapades.
Well, Afia Schwarzenegger has given the in toto about her amorous relationship with Chairman Wontumi.
According to Afia Schwarzenegger on UTV’s United Showbiz, she didn’t have a one-night stand as has been speculated by the media.
She revealed that she date the politician for 16 months.
Afia Schwarzenegger made this claim as a reaction to Chairman Wontumi’s lawyer, Maurice Ampaw’s claim that the politician has denied having an affair with her.
She explained she decided to curse Maurice Ampaw because he made a false allegation against her.
